Luna recently had her spay and entropin surgeries and is ready to go to her forever home. Luna is a 2 yr old girl that loves people, but not so much other dogs.
She’s looking for someone who’s available to help her with her social skills and walking on a leash.
Remy came to us from Ashland KY, got the necessary vet care to fix his skin and neuter before he found his forever home in DC with Nick, Ashley & Rashad.
UPDATE (January 2018): Remmington now Wally (named after Washington Wizards point guard John Wall), is doing great! His family says he's just as charming, lovable, and behaved as we said he was.
Nugget is a 2-year-old male Shar-Pei, approximately 50 lbs. He is good with kids, other dogs and cats. Very friendly, playful big boy. LOVES attention and gentle taking treats.

Coco is approximately 3 yr old, dog social, spayed/UTD on vaccinations, dog friendly. She also has the most expressive ears of any dog we’ve ever met! She’s extremely sweet.

Jersey is a very sweet 5 yr old girl who was surrendered by her family who could no longer afford here. She’s been spayed and is awaiting entropin surgery once her skin issues are cleaned up. Her foster mom says she loves to cuddle and be close to her human. She’s is in need of a foster home and a furever home to be a spoiled little princess.
Please help this sweet little Lady. She is a 13 year old sweet girl whose owner passed away. She is all alone and was taken to the shelter. She’s a small little 32 lbs so would do nicely in an home or an apartment. She walks nicely on a leash, appears housebroken, and takes treats gently. She is so happy to be with people wagging her tail when you call her name. Lady is so confused and lost without her human companion. Annabelle was born approximately February 12th, 2017. She is beautiful black color coat, very outgoing, ready to play and is going to be a leader! Oscar was found as a stray with 2 ruptured eardrums. MACSPRO made all attempts to clear up the infection that came back as the worst kind of infection. After several months of antibiotic and cleaning treatments the infection came back full force. MACSPRO's only alternative was to remove Oscar's eardrums to give him a life without horrific pain and discomfort leaving him deaf. When Oscar was released from his 3 weeks recovery at the vet hospital he went crazy with excitement when he say his foster Dad and MACSPRO volunteer that visited Oscar often during his stay. He's still such a smart little guy dragging his foster Dad to the truck when he realized he was going to his foster home. Once home he quickly reunited with his furry pals, foster Mom, and took a victory lap around both floors of the house. Everywhere Oscar goes he is the hit of the event, eager to meet and greet everyone, as well as his furry friends he gets to meet. Oscar seems to no longer be in any pain, and his lack of hearing does not seem to faze him in any way. Surprisingly Oscar still sit's, give's paw, and lay's down upon command. His foster family says 'This dog is a keeper! Smart, and gets along wonderfully with the other dogs'. Oscar still has a lot of puppy in him and can jump twice his height like a mountain goat. Just an awesome boy! Oscar does great with children of all ages.

Sori is 3 years old and in need of a foster or forever home. She walks well on leash and has a great recall for off leash. She would make a great hiking, running, or couch companion. She responds very well to commands and is very chilled out. Sori may be a little shy outside the home at times but has come out of her shell and continues to amaze with her happy disposition. She has excellent manners at dinner and when taking treats. FYI - Sori and Doobu (582-17) are sisters.
