This sweet boy is very chill; nothing seems to bother him. Loves everyone, will go right up to strangers for pets. Good with children too. Was great at the vets.
Approx 3 yrs old, 51 lbs, up to date on shots, neutered and will be getting his eyes fixed (entropion surgery). No cats.
Rocket is 5 years, about 40 lbs.
Rocket is a very sweet, low-maintenance dog.
He loves to nap - sometimes flat on his back with all four legs in the air.
Typical Shar-Pei personality - He’s loyal to his people, generally gets along with other dogs and children, and is just a very calm presence.
He is a little reserved around unfamiliar people and can be stubborn at times, but positive reinforcement works well for him.
Sharpie is a very sweet girl that was picked up as a stray. She loves people and is very affectionate. She is also good in the car. She's had her entropion (eye) surgery and is currently at a boarding kennel, waiting for a foster/forever home. She's very uncomfortable around other dogs, so she would be best as the only dog in the home
2 ½ yr old, very sweet affectionate and very playful girl. Boba came to MACSPRO through someone who purchased her from a breeder and saw she needed medical attention which they could not afford after her purchase. She was thankfully surrendered to MACSPRO and is currently staying at a vet in New York near PA where she received her medical care overseen by a MACSPRO adopter who works there. She is now looking for her forever home.
Ana is a 4 yr old sweet girl, UTD on shots and spayed. She is good with other dogs and kids.
Skin issues in earlier pictures (when first rescued) have much improved due to meds, better food and medicated baths.
Update 9/2021: Ana was adopted by her new mommy Laura an daddy Chris in Rockville, MD. We are so happy for Ana and as you can see Ana is very happy as well.
Beverly is a sweet, 4 yr old who ended up in the shelter when her owner couldn’t take her when she moved. She gets along with other cats & dog. Looking for foster/forever home for this nice girl.
Yogi is a one-and-a-half-year-old, very energetic boy. He loves walks, people, and other dogs. Yogi is good with kids.
February 2021 - Yogi was adopted by his new Daddy Jorge in Maryland. Congrats to you both, we are so happy for you.
Misty is a 3-year-old loving and energetic girl. She is looking for a home where she is the only pet. A fenced-in yard is a must as Misty loves being outside in the yard and going on long walks/hikes.
March 2021 - Misty was adopted to a wonderful daddy Wilson in VA. We are so happy for her and her new dad.
