Yogi is a one-and-a-half-year-old, very energetic boy. He loves walks, people, and other dogs. Yogi is good with kids.
February 2021 - Yogi was adopted by his new Daddy Jorge in Maryland. Congrats to you both, we are so happy for you.

Mustafa (#656-20)
Mustafa is a 12-year-old super sweet fella who was sent to the shelter when his owner passed. He likes to be petted, and especially loves belly rubs. Mustafa is up to date on his shots. He is looking for his forever home. Mustafa is really a special boy that is just so loving and trusting. He let us give him a bath 10 minutes after picking him up.
Goliath (#655-20)
**PEDING ADOTPION; no more applications please** Goliath is a sweet, friendly, and playful boy coming from Puerto Rico. He gets along with dogs, cats, and kids. Goliath is approximately 4 years old and is up to date on his shots. He is looking for a foster and eventual forever home. Goliath will most likely be getting ectropion surgery so his foster/forever home will need to follow post op care which is not hard and we can help guide and support you with that. We are really excited to get this boys eyes feeling much much better.
Brooklyn (#652-20)
Nice 5 yr old girl, a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. UTD on shots, will be getting entropion surgery. On the smaller side, likes to play with her foster brother
Astro (#647-20)
Astro is from North Carolina, has a sweet disposition and gets along with other dogs. We believe his skin condition is from fleas and his hair is growing is nicely.
Lola (#649-20)
Lola is in Puerto Rico awaiting transport to Maryland, weather permitting. She’s 4 years old, spayed. Gets along with other dogs and the rescue in PR says she’s a love of a dog.
Sniffles (#645-20)
Sniffles was picked up as a stray in Prince George’s County. He is not doing well at the shelter, not eating and being a typical scared shar pei. He is friendly, approximately 8 yrs old. He has been neutered, UTD on all shots, and microchipped. Sniffles is currently being fostered and is in need of a furever home after his rough life. Very sweet boy and loves playing with other dogs.
POPPY (#645-20)
Poppy is a 5-year-old, Shar Pei mix (we believe Jack Russell Terrier). He is a laid-back boy who loves being outside in a fenced in yard. Poppy is good with kids but needs to be the only dog in the home.
May 2021 - Poppy was finally adopted by his new dad Adam in Maryland. We are so happy for them.
