Adopted

Valentino (Private Adoption)

Valentino is a lovable 4 year old 50 lb Shar Pei who comes from Falls Church, Va. His  favorite activity is snuggling up on a soft blanket and sleeping all day.  He loves affection from his owners. He has previously lived in a loving home with adults, grandparents, and children who lived with him from 3-6 and 7-10 years old.  He takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does he will show them a lot of affection. He prefers to be the only pet- he is more cautious towards other animals, but will also warm up to them when introduced slowly.

Henry (#560-15)

Henry

Henry will be coming to MACSPRO soon from Puerto Rico. Henry is approximately nine-months old. Henry was previously confined to a backyard 24/7 before he was rescued.

Update 4/29/16: Henry is here in Maryland and is scheduled for a foster home!!!!  If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy please submit an application.

Update 4/7/2016: Henry is coming to Maryland this weekend!! Henry was a very scared & timid boy when he was brought into rescue.   He has been in a foster home for awhile now, getting healthy for his big trip to Maryland.  He has been doing very well in the foster home, running and playing as a totally normal dog.   When taken out of his foster home for a visit to the staff at All Sato Rescue, he became very timid and wouldn't interact with anyone. He tried to hide behind the plants. He never showed any aggression, he was just shy.
Henry could use a foster home here in Maryland and would do best with other dogs in the home to help him relax and be a dog.

Raven (#559-15)

Raven
Raven was found eating trash and living on the street in Baltimore. She was taken in by a good Samaritan who recognized her as a pei. Raven is in rough shape, flea bitten and most of her hair is gone, but she is as sweet as can be considering what ever she went thru. Raven is believed to be approximately 3-4 yrs old.
Raven has already been seen by a vet, gotten her shots and had a nice bath and was a good girl during the whole ordeal.
Raven is very underweight and needs a foster or furever home where she can get some TLC.

Update (01/2016): Raven's fur is growing in and she's gained a little weight, such a sweet little girl. She loves people & kids, she's the Petco Greeter at our adoption events. Rides like a little lady in the car also, even with Franklin trying to play with her in the back seat.

Update (2/22/2016): Raven went to foster and is so happy to have a playmate. She still needs a forever home, and would fit in with a home with kids and another dog to play with.

Update (03/2016):  Jeremy & Corrine became foster failures, they fell for Raven’s charm and made her a permanent part of their family. Tofu now has a permanent partner in crime!

SunNee

SunNee has a great temperament as long as he is not crated.  He is current on all his vaccines, has been neutered and has had entropion surgery.
He gets along great with children and may bark at other dogs while he is on his walk.
He is house trained and loves being outdoors

SunNee was originally posted on the MACSPRO website for private adoption.

Update 10/2015:
I would like to Thank you and your staff for assisting us in finding SunNee a new home.

Bo (#553-15)

Bo

Bo needs a foster!!  Bo is coming to us from Arkansas and will be beginning his Heartworm treatment up in Maryland.  Could you provide a safe and quite home for him to recover?

Update (9/2015): Bo is now living in his forever home in New Jersey.

Update (10/2015): MACSPRO wants to thank everyone whose donations helped with the transport of Billie & Bo from Arkansas. Sadly, Billie didn’t make it to Maryland, but her buddy Bo did, and has been adopted to a loving family, in Frenchtown, NJ and is continuing his heartworm treatments.

Dave (#551-15)

Dave

After months of living on the streets of West Virginia and eluding Animal control, Dave was lured in by a fellow shar-pei owner.  He currently has trust issues from being on his own for so long. We have him in boarding at the vet clinic, where the owner works magic with these types of dogs. Dave is able to stay in the office of the clinic, so that Dave can see people come and go all day and get used to them. He is also attending a weekly obedience class. Dave has already bonded with the staff member that takes him to class, and has made progress with others as well. Dave is now fully vetted and neutered. He is described as a gentleman, and a dream on the leash. He is walked almost daily by different volunteers, so he is used to a lot of people.

Update (10/2015): Dave has moved into his furever home in Salisbury, MD.
