Evans is a shy boy who is coming out of his shell with the help of his foster dad. He loves car rides and puppacinos, where he gets more socialization. Good on the leash and in the home when alone. He was turned in as a stray to the shelter, who named him Evans, but he seems to respond better to "EVERETT".  47lbs
